Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the
following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Gadsden, Leon and
Liberty. In Panhandle Florida, Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson, Walton
and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT /515 PM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 303 PM EDT /203 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5
and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Tallahassee, Vernon, Marianna, Chipley, Bonifay, Quincy,
Midway, Havana, Tallahassee State College, Florida State
University, Florida A and M, De Funiak Springs,
Chattahoochee, Greensboro, Doak Campbell Stadium, Eglin Air
Force Base, Bradford, Union, Liberty and Sneads.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
