* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 4 to 9 feet in the surf zone. For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...South Walton, Coastal Bay and Coastal Gulf Counties. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory, until 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ Thursday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late Friday night. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 PM EDT /1 PM CDT/ this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels will continue to remain elevated this morning. The highest water levels are expected between now and late morning. 1 to 2 feet of inundation of normally dry ground is expected along the immediate coast.
Instruction: 
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Beachgoers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.
