Description: 
* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding. For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents. For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 3 to 11 feet expected in the surf zone. * WHERE...South Walton, Coastal Bay and Coastal Gulf Counties. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 PM EDT /1 PM CDT/ Wednesday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through late Wednesday night. For the High Surf Advisory, from 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ Tuesday to 5 AM EDT /4 AM CDT/ Thursday. * IMPACTS...With minor coastal flooding expected, water around the time of high tide will flood low-lying parks and roads along the immediate coast. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water will be highest along the coast around the time of high tide. The next high tide is around 2 am CDT Tuesday, with another high tide on Wednesday at 3 am CDT.
Instruction: 
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Beachgoers should should stay out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions.
