Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Wilmington, Newark, Pennsville, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Newport, Arden, Stanton, Wilmington Manor and Greenville. This includes Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 1 and 23.
