* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of east central California, including the following county, Mono and western Nevada, including the following county, Mineral. * WHEN...Until 530 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 415 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
