Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Mono County in east-central California and
Mineral County in south-central Nevada, including CA-167 and
NV-359 along the CA/NV state line.
* WHEN...Until 530 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 227 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of
rain have fallen.

Instruction:
