Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county,
Phillips and North Mississippi, including the following counties,
Coahoma, Quitman and Tallahatchie.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 427 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksdale, White River National Wildlife Refuge, Tutwiler,
Sumner, Sherard, Dublin, Crumrod, Bobo, Beverly, Green Grove,
Rena Lara, Counts, Hopson, Hillhouse, Lurand, Claremont,
Mattson, Beaver Dam, Mellwood and Lundell.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
