Description:
At 606 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Hilltop, or 16 miles northeast of Globe, moving
southwest at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of Gila County.
This includes US Highway 60 between mile markers 266 and 271.
