Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Graham County in southeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM MST.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Dangerous
flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 913 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.7 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Mainly rural areas of Southwestern Graham County.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
