* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 940 PM MST, local law enforcement reported Davis Road from HWY 80 and HWY 191 is closed due to flooding from thunderstorms. Urban and small stream flooding is ongoing. - Davis Road is the most likely place to experience minor flooding.This includes the following streams and drainages... Whitewater Draw, Walnut Gulch and Gadwell Canyon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... McNeal. - This includes the following highways... Route 80 between mile markers 321 and 322. Route 191 between mile markers 18 and 20. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
