* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 845 PM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 704 PM MST, emergency management reported heavy rain along
Courtland Road and areas near the White Water Draw due to
thunderstorms. Causing urban and small stream flooding. Between
0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Courtland Road is the most likely place to experience minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pearce-Sunsites, Elfrida and Sunizona.
- This includes the following highways...
Route 181 between mile markers 39 and 43. Route 191 between mile
markers 25 and 47.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
