* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...West Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM MST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 910 PM MST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the
advisory area due to thunderstorms which has produced flooding in
low lying areas along the San Pedro including in St David. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2
inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Clifford Wash, Escalante Wash, San Pedro River, Cadillac Wash,
Slavin Wash and Dragoon Wash.

St. David.
- This includes the following highways...
Route 80 between mile markers 297 and 305. Interstate 10 between
mile markers 306 and 307.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
