* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 200 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1059 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of South Central Cochise County. - This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Davis Rd between HWY 80 & HWY 191. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain. Washes, streams, and rivers can become raging killer currents in a matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall.
