Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Chino Valley and Paulden in Yavapai County in west central Arizona... * WHEN...Until 630 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Water flowing over roadways will create slick roads and muddy unpaved roads. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water on interstates, highways and in urban areas will create hazardous travel conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 322 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Mint Wash, Antelope Wash, Strickland Wash, Wagon Tire Wash, Verde River, Little Chino Valley, Walnut Creek, Williamson Valley Wash, Cooper Wash, Big Chino Wash, Hell Canyon, Butte Wash, Dillon Wash, Mud Tank Wash and Granite Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chino Valley, Williamson Valley, Paulden, Drake and Granite Mountain Wilderness. - This includes State Route 89 between mile markers 325 and 346. - Additional information is available at weather.gov/flagstaff.
Instruction: 
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
