* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 400 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 155 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms just north of Willcox. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Willcox. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 10 between mile markers 341 and 346. Route 186 near mile marker 327. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
