At 554 PM AKDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fairbanks, moving east at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of west central
Fairbanks North Star.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
