Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Yentna River. * WHEN...Until noon AKDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water could enter a few low-lying cabins along the Yentna River, particularly near Lake Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 942 AM AKDT, recent heavy rains have caused rapid river rises. Minor flooding is expected to continue, especially along the Yentna River near Lake Creek. - For Yentna River at Lake Creek: At 8:50am the stage was 21.5 feet. Flood Stage is 20.5 feet. Impacts: At 20.5 feet: Anglers Inn & King Point Lodges will have water in several cabins. At 22.0 feet: Several lodges and resorts will have water in a number of cabins with water also encroaching the main lodge buildings. - Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood - If you live near or along Yentna River, stay alert and be prepared to take action.
