This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Bayou Sara at Saraland. * WHEN...Until late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 8.3 feet, Bayou Sara Avenue floods east of gauging site. Numerous houses and streets flood east of the railroad between Bayou Sara and Norton Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 9.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
