At 520 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Tuskegee, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Tuskegee, Tallassee, Notasulga, Milstead, Shorter, Franklin, Liverpool, Reeves Airport, Lake Tuskegee, Tallapoosa City, Tuskegee National Forest, Tysonville, Victoryland, I 85 Rest Area, Uphapee Creek, and Moton Field Municipal Airport.
