Description:
At 456 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Mount Cheaha, or 8 miles northwest of Lineville.
This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lineville, Ashland, Munford, Waldo, Grant Town, Barfield, Delta,
Mount Cheaha, Hollis Crossroads, Camp Mac, Chandler Springs,
Ironaton, Jenifer, Lake Chinnabee, Camp Sequoyah, Gunthertown, and
Cragford.
