At 332 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Ohatchee to near Mount Cheaha. These storms were nearly stationary. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Anniston, Oxford, Cobb Town, West End-Cobb Town, Saks, Lincoln, Ragland, Munford, Ohatchee, Hobson City, Barfield, Talladega Superspeedway, Anniston Regional Airport, Blue Mountain, Talladega Municipal Airport, Grant Town, Honda Manufacturing Of Alabama, Oxford Lake, Bynum, and Delta.
