Description:
At 617 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles west of Gulfcrest to 6 miles northwest
of Wilmer to 5 miles southeast of Lucedale. Movement was east at 35
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Saraland, Chickasaw, Satsuma, Lucedale, Creola, Chunchula, Gulfcrest,
Axis, Semmes, I65 And I165, Wilmer, I65 And AL 158, and Movico.
Instruction:

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
