- At 542 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Millry, Silas, Coffeeville, Bladon Springs, Silver Cross,
Collumburg, Koenton, Frankville, Bigbee, Dunbar, Bolinger,
Barrytown, Healing Springs, West Bend, Womack Hill, Loper,
Souwilpa, Tattlersville, Barlow and Shady Grove.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
