Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dothan, Taylor, Midland City, Kinsey, Cowarts, Webb, Avon, Ardilla, Smyrna, Wilson Mill, Enon, Kelly Springs, Green Acres, W.
