Yellow River At Milligan affecting Covington, Okaloosa and Santa
Rosa Counties.
For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 15.4 feet, Antioch Road is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.3 feet Saturday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Sunday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
