For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.4 feet, Antioch Road is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.3 feet Saturday morning.
