* At 920 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Ridge Spring, or near Batesburg-Leesville, moving
east at 45 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
