* At 700 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Marcellus, or 10 miles northwest of Three Rivers,
moving northeast at 55 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
