* At 1140 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
were located along a line extending from 4 miles south of Deer Park
to 8 miles west of Gulfcrest, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
