* Until 715 AM CDT.
* At 641 AM CDT, a thunderstorm capable of producing a waterspout was
located just offshore near Eden Isle, moving northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated waterspout moving onshore.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
