* Until 345 PM EDT.
* At 301 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Vevay, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Dry Ridge, Vevay, Owenton, Kentucky Speedway, Glencoe, Ghent,
Sanders, Sparta, Stewartsville, Long Ridge, Wheatley, Eagle Hill,
New Liberty, Twin Bridges, Squiresville, Eagle Station, Needmore,
Easterday, and Holbrook.
This includes I-71 in Kentucky between mile markers 46 and 61.
