* At 701 PM CDT, a dust channel was 12 miles southeast of O'Donnell,
or 13 miles northwest of Gail, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong wind in
excess of 50 mph.
SOURCE...Doppler radar.
IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
