* Until 615 PM CDT.
* At 519 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 16 miles north of Manchester, or 32 miles north of
Clarksville, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Idabel, Broken Bow, Wright City, Valliant, Millerton, Haworth,
Garvin, Holly Creek, Oak Hill, Golden, Glover, Farmers Hill,
