Southern Johnson County in southeastern Nebraska...
Northern Pawnee County in southeastern Nebraska...
* Until 445 PM CDT.
* At 337 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Virginia, or 13 miles east of Beatrice, moving
northeast at 35 mph. A second area of rotation capable of
producing a tornado was located 5 miles east of Wymore, also
moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. This storm has a history of
producing tornadoes.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
