* At 701 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles southeast of Garden City, or 12 miles southwest
of Meadville, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Amite County.
