Winds gusting between 50 and 70 mph, especially across the eastern portions of the Absaroka Mountains. * WHERE...Absaroka Mountains. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, especially in the backcountry. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches along US 14/60/20 west of Cody and amounts of 4 to 8 inches across Chief Joseph Pass.
