* WHAT...Snow and wind expected. Total snow accumulations between 6
and 12 inches for elevations above 7,000 feet. Winds gusting
between 35 and 55 mph.
* WHERE...Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West.
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 6 AM MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, especially over Powder River
Pass. Gusty winds will cause limited visibility.
