At 322 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles west of Carpenter, or 15 miles southeast of Cheyenne, moving north at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Burns, Laramie County Fairgrounds at Archer, and Hillsdale. This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 370 and 386.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for southeastern Wyoming.
