Description:
At 509 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pumpkin Vine, or 21 miles south of Laramie, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Happy Valley, Willadsen Estates, Granite Canon, Harriman Heights, Tie
Siding, Ames Monument, Crystal Lake Reservoir, Pumpkin Vine, Pine
Grove Estates, Buford, and Curt Gowdy State Park.
This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 332 and
347.
