Description:
At 157 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking thunderstorms along a line
extending from 3 miles northeast of Spotted Horse to 6 miles
southwest of Gillette Airport. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Northern Gillette, Dry Fork Mine, Rawhide Mine, Eagle Butte Mine,
Buckskin Mine, Recluse, Spotted Horse, and Gillette Airport.
This includes Interstate 90 in Wyoming between Mile Markers 118 and
125, and between Mile Markers 128 and 130.
