* WHAT...Low temperatures of 20 to 24 degrees, with colder temperatures of 15 to 20 degrees possible in snow-covered areas above 6,000 feet. * WHERE...Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range, Lander Foothills, Natrona County Lower Elevations, Upper Wind River Basin, and Wind River Basin. * WHEN...From 9 PM Monday evening to 9 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight lows could be a few degrees warmer if cloud cover does not clear early Tuesday. Sub-freezing temperatures would still occur.
