Description:
At 807 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near West Baraboo to near Baraboo to near Lake
Wisconsin to 6 miles west of Poynette. Movement was south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Baraboo, Prairie Du Sac, Sauk City, Lake Wisconsin, Lodi, Mazomanie,
West Baraboo, Dane, Plain, Bluffview, North Freedom, Merrimac,
Harmony Grove, Okee, and Marxville.
This includes U.S. Highway 12 between mile markers 218 and 223.
