Description:
Gusty southerly winds winds associated with a weakening
thunderstorm complex will will impact east central Wisconsin,
including the Fox Valley and lakeshore areas, through about 4 am.
Persistent wind gusts to 30 to 40 mph are expected.
Motorists with high profile vehicles may encounter difficult
driving conditions for the next couple hours.
