Description:
At 1141 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lancaster to Dickeyville to East Dubuque.
Movement was northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Platteville and Dickeyville around 1145 PM CDT.
Muscoda around 1210 AM CDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Kieler, Lock And Dam
11, Sandy Hook, Preston, Arthur, Montfort, Livingston, Orion, Union,
and Cornelia.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
