Description: 
At 626 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Mosinee to 12 miles north of Wisconsin Rapids to Babcock. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Wausau, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Weston, Rib Mountain, Mosinee, Whiting, Bevent, Wittenberg, and Pittsville.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for central, north central and northeastern Wisconsin.
