Description: 
At 1126 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Denmark to near Chilton to near Central Lake Winnebago to Oshkosh to 8 miles south of Wautoma. Movement was east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph, penny size hail and torrential rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Chilton, Brillion, Cleveland, Valders, St. Nazianz, Two Creeks, St Anna, and Camp Rokilio Scout Camp.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for east central Wisconsin.
