At 341 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Babcock, or 21 miles northeast of Tomah, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe storm will be near... Babcock around 345 PM CDT. Wisconsin Rapids around 400 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Sandhill Wildlife Area, Nekoosa, Biron, Walker, Dexterville, Rudolph, Cranmoor, and Port Edwards.
