In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In north central Wisconsin, Langlade. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Florence, Forest, Kewaunee, Menominee, Northern Marinette County, Northern Oconto County, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Marinette County, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will bring widespread rainfall of 0.50 to 1 inch with locally higher amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible this afternoon through tonight.
