county, Waupaca.

* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying
areas below the dam.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 4 to 5 inches of rain has resulted in the dam reaching
capacity.
- The nearest downstream towns are Marion and Clintonville.
