ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River near Lake Koshkonong. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Floodwaters affect homes and boat docks in the Blackhawk Island area of Lake Koshkonong on the north side of the lake.
