Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Lake and Kenosha Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River near Berlin. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, There is minor flooding in the Berlin area including Riverside Park and Webster Street Park in Berlin. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:00 AM CDT Saturday was 13.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet this morning.
